March 17, no dance at the Country Club, we will be invading Jefferson City Dance Club, check with
Bill & Rosina for car pooling to Jeff City.

| All monthy dances, including Swing Into Fall, are held at the Country Club Hotel & Spa Lake of the Ozarks, MO See "Swing Into Fall" Page for Map & Directions Admission $10.00 Per Person Lessons 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm followed by Dancing until 11:00 pm. NEW VENUE THE COUNTRY CLUB HOTEL AND SPA
All the remaining dances in 2011 will be held at the Country Club Hotel and Spa. If you attended Swing Into Fall in 2010, you know how nice
this facility is. Our first dance will be our SWEETHEART DANCE on February 19 in the Palazzo Ballroom. Same time frame as before: 7:00 p.
m. lessons, 8:00 p.m. music. We will have a cash bar and dry snacks are allowed. The Country Club is sponsoring the dances in partnership
with the Lake of the Ozarks Swing Dance Club. They are setting the admission prices for our dances which will have to be raised to
accommodate the Hotel. Our new price is $10.00 per person for admission. We will have some specials for our members and those will be
announced later. Let’s spread the word to all our dancing friends to join us on February 19 for our first dance at the Country Club. Special
rates if you want to spend the night at the hotel are $74.00 a night. Our friends who belong to LADA (Lake Area Dance Association) Charles
Stone, Jefferson City Club, and Pete and Amy La Roca Dance Studio will be given member prices. LOSDC MEMBERS you must show your
club membership card.
The board made a lot of tough decisions and concessions to move the dance from the Museum to the Country Club Hotel. The Museum has
been very good to us. We were allowed many freedoms and full run of the facility. However, it was always too cold to enjoy dancing in the
winter and many times too hot in the summer. We feel the Country Club will be much more comfortable for our members and guests. The hotel
is also giving us special room rates for those weekends that we have a dance. So if you want a mini vacation at a wonderful spa setting, you
can stay at the hotel for a reduced rate listed above.
