Pass this word along to any young people you know who would like to learn to dance or attend our dances. ST. PATRICK'S DAY PARADE AT LAKE OF THE OZARKS March 13, 2010 We have room for approximately 10 people to ride in Joe’s pick up truck and room for about 10 people on the float. If you would like to sign up to be on the float to dance or to be in the pickup truck throwing beads, please respond to www.losdc@centurytel.net. We will arrive at the Baymont Hotel approximately 11 AM on March 13 to receive our assigned place in the parade. Once we park in that spot, we will assemble and decorate the float and the pickup truck. We need volunteers to help with this. The parade will begin at approximately 1 PM and last until 3 PM. This is a fun afternoon, we will have Frisbees to throw along with the beads and these will have advertising for LOSDC attached, so we should get a lot of promotion from this venue. People in the pickup truck can switch off with people on the float, so that anyone wanting to rest can do so, and anyone wanting to dance can do so. Our plan is to stop the float in front of the judge’s stand and dance specifically for them. Anyone with a unique idea for decorating contact Rosina at losdc@centurytel.net.
